I homeschooled my son from middle school through high school. He was ADHD and had a learning disability. At the middle school level, he was deficient operating overall at the 4th grade level. He already felt defeated and accepted the lies that he just couldn't because of his learning disability. There was a substantial leap in comprehension, scores, study and test taking strategies, and confidence within 2 years of working one-on-one with him. When we concluded, he was at 11th grade through college level on the various subjects. There is hope if you, your child or the system is giving up. I graduated summa cum laude (meaning "with highest honor") from the Bachelor's program at Walden University.
